but this week walked around colleges with bro

Besides that

also get to spend some quality time with mommy..

went shopping with her..

Unfortunately

these few shopping trips..

in my hands were only those plastic/paper bags that loaded with

either makanan

or electronic stuff

or magazines/books

NO clothes

NO shoes

Being the lazy me..

just wanna stay at home and do nothing..

=P

after I get the tripod from bro (a pressie from him..'ng goi sai'..=D)

Penang would be a good spot..

:+:cHapter 160:+: Sentosa

Went to Singapore last week..
and stayed at Resorts World Sentosa for 2 nights with the family and dad's friend, Uncle Gan and his wife

Daddy was there for some business
so we tag along..
=D

Stayed at this hotel called 'Festive Hotel' at the Resorts World Sentosa
it is one of the four hotels there..(Crockfords Tower, Hotel Michael, Hard Rock Hotel)
2 more are coming up..
the hotel we stayed in is more for family with young children actually..
cuz the room we got is with one king sized bed, one loft bed, one sofa bed
bro insisted to sleep on the loft bed
fair enough
he is the youngest in the family..
BUT
halfway through the night
he said he want to exchange with me..
because he is taller than me and his toes keep knocking on the wall..
=.=
sleepyhead me had to climb the ladder
lucky me for not falling off the ladder and also bed...
=P

The Universal Studios isn't open for the public yet..
it is gonna open on the 18th this month..
but tickets are limited..

Some places are still under construction
and also still at the testing stage

Went to the Casino..
not as nice as Genting..
Singaporeans have to pay $100 in order to get into the Casino..

Sands (another Casino from LA) is opening next month..
it is situated in the City..
the cab driver said more ppl will choose Sands than drive all the way to Sentosa..
however, Sentosa is suitable for family weekend getaway or holidays..

definitely will visit that place again
but not so soon
some time end of the year

lately, really lazy to update blog n upload pictures la..

and i din even have the mood to take pictures..
maybe too many unexpected things happened recently..
and i dunno how to handle..

2010 CNY was great as usual..
but..a little bit different compared to past years..

Because bro was admitted to hospital due to dengue fever
and still had to stay around on the CNY's eve
so Daddy decided to have reunion dinner at the hospital
which sick brother can celebrate with us as well..
usually we will go back to late grandparents' place at Bidor

So, poor boy only had bland vegetable and chicken..
well daddy mommy n myself had 盆菜 (poon choi)
duck meat, pork, chicken, prawn, mushroom, abalone and so on could be found in this dish
=D
although only 4 of us this time but..we enjoyed..
as long as the whole family get together
healthy and happy de..

of course..later in the night daddy gave us angpow lo..
he said is '压岁钱' ('lucky money' as from Wiki)
this 'ya sui qian' really made our day..

On the 1st day of CNY..
brother discharged from the hospital..
So we went back to Bidor on the 3rd day of CNY..
stayed for a night..
was planning to go to either Singapore or Genting..
but I had to sit for English test
so, plan canceled

Seeing cousins and other relatives is always fab
but Miss XinXin n Miss Alice weren't around this time..

Uncle and Auntie from mommy's side came back from Aussieland and NY to celebrate CNY with popo
merrier this year on the 8th day of CNY
Cuz popo them are Hokkien, so 'bai tian gong'
few fireworks that night

Besides that, nothing much about CNY..
Lately, busy with settling all the essential documents
before heading back to Aussieland next month
and also, planning Sydney-Melbourne trip when the family is over there..
don't feel like going back there
but mommy and brother will be staying in Melb with me for 2 months..
so, not that bad afterall

how to sleep when you are still in the hospital
n have that catheter inserted on your right hand
with the IV fluid continue flowing 24/7
feeling fatigue at times
not speaking loudly
n not laughing like a happy kid

miss you brother..
miss chatting with you at night before we sleep
miss seeing you walking around the house

Brother has not been feeling well since Saturday..
he had fever on Saturday till yesterday..
now, he back to normal temperature
but still have those red spots on his face..
feeling fatigue
vomit
diarrhoea

went to hospital last night..as suggested by GP..
suspect it might be dengue..
did blood test
blood test results shown
low platelet counts..(149)..normal should be 150 and above
so, went back for another blood test this morning..
the platelet lower than yesterday (107)
therefore, tomorrow has to go back for another blood test and dengue test
hopefully wont drop to 80..

when he is sick, the house is so quiet
mommy busy taking care of him as well as preparing for CNY..
the only thing I'm able to help is get CNY stuff

went to Kota Damansara Giant by myself yesterday..
without Lee ah Hong, don't feel like buying any snacks
today, again, went to Pyramid to settle some bills..

just pray that everything will be fine for brother..
if not, he might need to undergo few tests, and admit to the hospital..
I don't want to go to the admission counter to help him with all the registration..
